Through the duration of the research I was trying to discover the links, the relationships between:

1. the type of IT Investment (ie, what application)
2. the mode of international operations (ie, franchising, joint venture, etc)
3. the location of those international operations (ie, high context cultures)
4. the industry sector (ie, manufacturing, mining, etc)
5. international business’s financial performance (ie, profitability and growth).
